What is the cancellation guarantee?

It is an option to be added as a supplement at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, this option allows you to be reimbursed the totality of your deposit or your stay, excluding booking fees and tourist tax. (See doc.ass.annulation the conditions), knowing that this one have enormously evolved for the conditions of refunding).

It will cost you 3.5 % of the price of the stay. The campsite has subscribed to Campez Couvert.

Example: 1 week in a Mobil-home in Full Season for 4 persons = 585€ insurance cost = 20.48 € (we strongly advise it given its price, but this is optional).

Why opt for the cancellation guarantee?

Without cancellation guarantee and if you cancel your reservation, the deposit paid will be kept.

Conditions

Camping L'Eau Vive offers you a Cancellation and Interruption Insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In case of cancellation, inform the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
